In my career I have always used numbers and facts to help my customers. Since 2016, I've been fully dedicated to improve companies' capabilities to capture, understand and use data. The joy of discovery (and my kids) get me out of bed every morning. 

For almost 20 years I've improved service operations for hundreds of car dealerships and independent repair shops. I've worked for the major players in the industry (OEMs, consulting firms, software vendors...), which gives me a deep understanding of this industry
